Sometimes they set up tents in San Francisco parking lots, sometimes give undocumented immigrants medical care in these difficult times or improve communication between students and teachers, help theatres, galleries and independent artists to survive. The festival is about them and with them as our theme is: How the world reacts to COVID-19?
